It's a real neighbourhood

Quiet hours 10pm–8am, hot tub closes at 10 — county law, strictly kept. No parties, no smoking anywhere on the property, 25+ to book.

It's the mountains

No AC — July afternoons can reach the 80s °F (high 20s °C); we provide fans. Summer evenings bring mosquitos near the water (repellent under the kitchen sink). Winter needs chains, and bears will inspect an unlocked car.

Dogs are welcome, properly

Up to two potty-trained dogs, $200 pet fee added to the reservation, off the furniture, leashed on walks.
